Today I teach a technique to calm, relax and focus. The Four-Square Grounding technique is utilized by police, military, and firefighters to ground themselves before engaging in a dangerous or stressful situation, you know like, entering a burning building. I have used this technique and shared it with my clients with amazing results. It only takes about 16 seconds or so to calm, relax and ground yourself so you can respond to a situation with a clearer head.
